Remember that post about how Hawk could sense me peeking at him no matter what I did? Sometimes I catch him off guard:

Hawk came to Best Friends Animal Society from a place called FLOCK (For the Love of Cats and Kittens) in Pahrump, Nevada. Unfortunately, FLOCK didn’t keep their promise to any of the animals that lived there and ended up in an institutional hoarding situation. Hawk was one of the 700 plus cats that were pulled out of Pahrump in 2007 and brought to Best Friends in an effort known as The Great Kitty Rescue. We brought Hawk to his forever home on March 12, 2010.

This one had me chuckling at dear Hawk. He was one of the most terrified cats I cared for at Rescue Village at Best Friends. I am thrilled that he is home now. What a guy!!
@Reggblue- thank you! We are really impressed with his progress. I laughed when I watched this video and he realized that I was behind him and his head whipped around- whiplash much, kitty kitty? :) He gets embarrassed when he gets 'caught' and he had just gotten caught playing with a ball like he was a kitten again. Talk about refreshing!
I'm glad that you knew him and get to see how far he's come. I think once he loses all that fear he's going to be quite the character:) I see a sly side in him somewhere:)
@Eve, you would make a good stalker!
haha! :)
Yes, there's always a career with the papparazzi when you get tired of what you're doing now! haha
Hawk is doing great, he looks awesome and I am loving watching him slowly blossom. Shy kitties are the best!
